Welcome or welcome back to the Never-Ending Writes! In today’s post, I will be sharing my thoughts on the 🙂 emoji. If you’d like, you can comment one emoji for me to share my thoughts as well, and I repeat, ONEEEE!! 🤣 I don’t want to get completely overwhelmed with emojis, for those emoji chain makers… (🤣🤩😂😃😄😆😅😁☺️😛😏😝😜🙃)

Now, enough blibber-blabber!

I mean, look at it. 🙂

To be honest, before, I never really thought much about it. It was the same level of 😄😃😁 in my opinion.

Then I looked closely. For me, the emoji looks like this…

Look. At. It.

It started to look terrifying, like someone knowing something bad will happen to you, while you don’t.

I searched it up on ✨Emojipedia✨ and this is what I got.

“As if saying This is fine when it’s really not.”

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

    Fun fact, it’s actually used in the blogosphere to convey sarcasm. It’s. So. Creepy. Though.
    So anyway. I think I feel like commenting an emoji so… 😼

  4. BTW I use 🙂 almost every day, every hour, every second lol! BUT I have very similar story, on how I found out about 🙂… It is literally so creepy and scary TBH- I mean just look at it 🙂
    YEH- IK its hella scary! Whenever someone uses that emoji I literally ask wut u mean? like people sometimes use it as a smiley face, BUT IT ISN’T lol-

  12. Oh my goodness, it’s even worse for me.😂 It looks like the face of a psychotic murderer!!! I mean, depending on how long you look at it. I MUCH prefer this one 😊. THAT is a genuine, humble smile.

  15. What a cheerful post! I’ve never really thought about stopping to analyze an emoji, I just use them.
    And maybe sometimes I am an emoji chain-maker.
    *hehehe*

    Well, I really don’t have any special thoughts on the…
    *scrolling… through… emojis…*
    AHA!
    … 🙂 emoji. I always just though of it as a gradation. Like, first:🙂, second:😃, and then:😊, and then maybe:😄.
    So, I think of the 🙂 emoji as the Smile Level 1 (if that makes any sense).

    Here’s an emoji for yooouuuu: 😣
    It says it’s a ‘persevering face’, but for me, it looks kind of like someone trying really hard to clear his bowels.😂 Or trying really hard to un-see something. 🤷🏿‍♀️

  20. According to me I think that man who made these emojis didn’t like any human seriously they didn’t even have hands when I searched it why? I got to know that emoji has no hands because it doesn’t have to eat?! What! PS : creative post Selina

    also, I think the 🙂 emoji is like that face you make when you know someone said something bad abt you and they don’t know you know 😂 does that make sense? I did it my head lol 🤣

  24. The 🙂 emoji used to be my favorite, because that’s how I smile in real life. Not like, creepily, but like a small smile, if that makes sense?
    But yeah it is kind of creepy, how it just has the tiny dot eyes staring at you 🙂
    What do you think about the 😺 emoji?
