🌿 Happy Earth Day!! πŸŒΏ

Hello, hello, hello, my beloved blooming readers!

Today is Earth Day, and in fact, I wrote a poem about it a few days ago! Change — a poem

Let’s list some ways we can help our blue planet!

  • Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle! ♻️
  • Pick up any trash we see outside.
  • Bring our own reusable bags when going shopping! πŸ›οΈ
  • Cut back on air pollution. Walk, bike, scooter, skateboard, rollerskate, etc… whenever you can!
  • Save energy! Turn off the lights whenever possible, and don’t let the water run on for long periods of time.

Anything else you would like to add to the list?

Enjoy your Earth Day, and remember, Everyday is Earth Day!

Change — a poem

What is change?
The wilting of a blossom
Or the green to yellow leaves.
The length of our body
How tall and how wide.

What is change?
The heat from the sun
slowing melting our world.
crumpling into the sea.

Can we stop change?
It depends.
Leaves turning yellow?
Not quite yet.
Our melting world?
We must try.
Try. Try. Try.

So what if I told you that I redesigned my site… again? πŸ˜‚ | second blog makeover in the past four months of 2022 | my, that is one looong title

Did you read all that?

No, like seriously? If you did, then, WOW! You must genuinely want to know what I have to write, haha πŸ˜†

but seriously that has got to be the longest post title I’ve ever written…

ANYWAAAAY… let’s not get distracted, folks. *rolls up sleeves and ignores the fact that I’m wearing a short sleeve right now*

*snatches sunglasses out of nowhere* We’ve got work to do.

Okay. Yes. I know that it has been only two months since I first redesigned meh bloggie this year. BUT, I mean, I’ve always been a really indecisive person. Heh πŸ˜‚

Sooo, welcome to my blog, Simply Selina. Yep. But don’t worry, my blog link’ll (what kind of a word is “link’ll”?!) be the same πŸ˜‰

And of course, of course, of course, we can’t forget the BEFORE AND AFTER!!! Lez go!

*waggles eyebrows* So? Whaddya think? Personally, I really like both, but hey, who says changes aren’t good sometimes? πŸ˜‰ My new blog has more of a pastel burst of colors, rather than the previous one, which was more of a brown aestetic aesthtic AESTHETIC (wow I can’t type today haha) Click here to see the full redesign!

Hope you enjoyed! πŸ₯°

*clears throat* Ahem, sorry ’bout that.

Anyhow, I wanted to wish y’all a happy Easter! What’d you guys do today to celebrate? πŸ€” Anyone collect eggs? What candy is your favorite? πŸ˜†

Now, since I’m amazing at writing such long posts (πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ), adios!

A day in my life! πŸ˜

Hello, hello, hello! Welcome or welcome back to my blog! πŸ₯°

First off, I’d like to apologize for how wonky and unpredictable my blogging schedule is right now πŸ™„

I’m trying my best to stay as updated as I can on your posts!

*puppy eyes*

Now, without further ado, let’s get on with the post! Welcome to… a day in my life!

Around 7:00 AM — *yawns* It’s a new day! Time to get up! no matter how much the comfy blankets protest… πŸ₯±

7:05 to 7:30 AM — Around this time I like to have a bit of free time! These activities range from reading, blogging, exercising, and more! πŸ“–

7:35 to 7:45 AM — Mmm… breakfast time! I typically have some oatmeal or porridge. I sometimes also have some toast with eggs! And of course, I can’t forget a variety of fruits! I usually have an orange or some berries, since they’re quick and easy to eat! πŸŠπŸ«πŸ“

7:50 to 8:20 AM — Usually around this time, I’m helping with chores around the house while getting ready for school at the same time! πŸŽ’

8:30 AM to 3:00 PM — Most of the day is at school, learning new things! What are some of your favorite subjects at school? ✍️

3:30 to 4:30 PM — This is when I finish up any homework or school assignments! I also practice my instrument during this time. πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»

4:35 to 5:30 PM — Free time, chores, and a bunch of other things are mixed together into this period of time in my schedule! It’s often when my little sister starts whining about how bored she is. As if I needed to hear all of that! πŸ˜‚πŸ™„

5:35 to 6:00 PM — This is when our family starts making dinner! What are some of your favorite foods? πŸ˜‹

6:00 to 7:30 PM — After dinner, this is my sister’s favorite time of the day, when she gets me all to herself. Boy, does that girl have energy! Then, on the other hand, I dread this time… πŸ˜‚

8:00/9:00 PM (depends on what the next day is) — Time to go to bed! After brushing teeth and showering, it’s time to get a good night’s rest. πŸ’€

Ta-daaaaa! *jazz hands* How’d you guys think of a day in my life? Stay tuned for more posts!
